With 16 years of experience in Private Equity, Business Consulting and M&A, Mr Gupta has held leadership positions across various well-known companies in India and internationally.

Mr. Gupta was the Chief Operating Officer at IndiaVenture Advisors Private Limited where he raised and deployed the Life Sciences Focused PE fund. 

At IBM, Mr. Gupta led the multinational's Healthcare and Life Sciences practice for Clinical Genomics. 

Vikram completed his B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and has dual MBA degrees in Strategy and Finance from Case Western Reserve University and Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

An alumnus of Stanford University, Paula brings over 20-years of entrepreneurial and operational experience with technology companies in the USA and in India. In her role as Executive Director since inception of seedfund, Paula has been actively involved with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India to source, evaluate and mentor early stage companies.  Her primary focus is on education, healthcare and technology sectors. 

In the past, Paula has worked with companies like Photon Kinetics, Tektronix, and Optivideo, in the USA.

Paula holds an MS in Applied Physics from Stanford University and BSc in Physics from St. Xavier’s college, Mumbai.

Anirudh co-founded a company that procured long-term energy contracts for power companies in the deregulated U.S.energy markets.
He started investing in early-stage startups as an angel investor; with the intention of helping young founders with the knowledge he had gained from sales, marketing & human resources.

Successful investments include OYO Rooms, Tala, Exotel, NowFloats, LendenClub, and CoutLoot. Anirudh also sits on the board of many startups.

Anirudh completed his Double Major in Economics and Business Administration from Austin College, Texas, USA.
